  • How can I place an order?
    The best way to place an order is to contact us is to setup a consultation by navigating to the Book Online tab. We can also be contacted by filling out our contact form or email at All orders must be placed after an initial consult is conducted, because all our services come fully customizable.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations to an order can be made, but monies paid for the deposit, to render services, is non-refundable.
  • Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
    Yes, changes can be made to orders at any time, but will be done so at an additional fee. The cost to make changes to an order varies depending on how close the changes are made to the event date. For example, changes desired 30 days before an event can be made free of charge, as long as the cost of the order stays the same or increases. 15 days before an even changes an be made for an additional cost of $100, and changes cannot decrease the amount of the order. Desired changes 5 days or less will require a $500 fee and additional changes cannot lower the value of the initial order placed.
  • How much notice do I need to give for a catering order?
    As a general rule of thumb we require three days’ notice prior to a catering event, but rush orders are also available depending on the size of the order. We highly recommend solidifying an order as soon as possible, due to such a high volume of orders.
  • How can I solidify my catering order?
    Due to a high volume of requests dates can only be solidified once the inititial deposit is made. If a deposit is not made an event date is NOT confirmed, nor guaranteed.
  • What is your delivery policy?
    Orders that require a delivery must be placed 72hrs. before a delivery is needed.
  • Do you do tastings?
    Yes, here at The Ross Caterer, we pride ourselves in providing our clients an elite tasting experience. Tastsings can be scheduled after an initial consultaiton is completed.
  • Is a gratuity automatically added to my order?
    No, gratuity is not automatically added to any order. Tips/Gratuity is provided by the will of our satisfied customers.
